Knot Cinnamon Buns

For this assignment, we were tasked with finding artistic ways to design cinnamon buns. Our first idea was to shape them like butterflies. When they came out of the oven, they had risen and formed a really cool knotted look, which turned out even better than we expected. In the end, the result was totally worth it. For the icing, we wanted to try something different, so we went with a cream cheese frosting. It added a rich flavor and made the cinnamon buns taste even better. for in the future the only thing i would have done differently is put more of the cinnamon mixture on the inside.
